AGM at the club around 7.30. It's our club so lets support it.
Saturday 24th April
Vets tournament at The Eds. It would be good to retain The Balti Bowl trophy. Remember best frocks for after and don't forget a small bag for your purses and any other essentials.
Saturday 1st May
President's Day at the club with something for everyone. Exact times and details to follow soon.
Friday 7th May
Annual dinner and presentation night at the club. Guest speaker is England world cup winner and Leicester 2nd row star Ben Kay, apparently an articulate second row, so unusual that it should not be missed. Tickets at £40 from the committee.
Saturday 8th May
'Big Boot' competition for seniors (over 16). This is open to all-comers, soccer lads, chancers etc. who think they can kick penalties, drop goals and can kick the ball a good distance. There are cash prizes for winners. Further details from Tom Power 07851 641 267
Also, the minis and juniors end of season presentation evening at the club. Aimed at the under 14s and under 16s there will be a disco/karaoke etc.. Parents can attend if they are not embarrasing! and if any of our lads feel brave enough they can bring girlfriends (or even boyfriends)

Friday 21st May
A general knowledge QUIZ at the club starting at 7.30 with teams of 6 max. £2 per person with lovely prizes for the winners. Bring your friends to make up a team or just turn up and form a team on the night. You don't have to be clever. The questions are easy. It's just the answers that can be a problem. Quizmasters, as before, Dave Adams and Ellwyn Male.
