It soon comes round again !
Last Sunday many of you would have seen Arsenal teach a rather expensive team of Manchester based globally assembled so-called star footballers how the game should be played and you possibly thought that the season soon comes round. Well, this coming Saturday, the 16th August, it will be our chance to see if we are in good shape for the fast approaching tests that will be coming our way.
We face a strong Stourbridge Lions team at Stourton with a 2.30 kick off. We are looking to take most of our 25 strong first team squad and it is agreed that we will be playing five sets of 20 minutes. It should allow our coaching staff to see how much work has still to be done for what will be a challenging season.
