THE LONG AWAITED RETURN
Make a note of the details and cancel any previous arrangements.
Saturday 25th October.
After 15 or so years in the USA, that famous conceeder of 10 more yards for arguing with the referee, so we have been notified by B.J (one time DJ) , that the great man himself, John McConnell, has returned to the U.K. He is suffering from poor health, but would very much like to meet up with as many of his old friends as possible.
For those who don't really know them John was a Second Row/Number Eight and political commentator. Barry Minal (B.J the D.J) was a winger/full back who played his rugby in tights when the temperature fell below 10 degrees C.
Apart from that, they are decent chaps and the rumour has been circulating that B.J is prepared to buy the drinks.
