Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of June is this years Natwest Rugbyforce weekend. This is a community backed project, to get people to volunteer at their rugby clubs on small projects, and to improve their facilities. We have again been successful in attaining a sum of money to help with the projects. What we now need is people to help with them, we have 3 projects, these being, the repainting of the Clubhouse exterior walls, repainting of the interior walls and fencing & a general tidy up of the bottle bank area.
We are not asking people to commit to every hour of Saturday and Sunday but to commit to a small 3 hour stint. Saturday 10-1pm and then 2-5pm and the same for Sunday if required.
The club will provide lunch and BBQ on the weekend with happy hours at 5-7pm to thank the volunteers.
This year is a big opportunity to showcase our club to the local community with the upcoming Summer Fayre in July and the World Cup in September so please help out if you can.
