Old Yardleians seek new coaching team

Old Yardleians are seeking to appoint a new coaching team for the next stage in the club’s plans to challenge for promotion from Midlands Two West (North).
The club would welcome inquiries and/or applications from both player/coaches (forwards and backs) and Head Coaches.
The committee are open minded as to the selection of the coaching team and may recruit from any of the roles and/or a combination of all three as a team working together.
Old Yardleians are based in Solihull, are financially secure and will offer the coaching staff the best level of support and remuneration at level 7 to match the clubs ambitions.
Coaches will be responsible for both team and individual player development plans and will be provided with a national league level of off-field support to assist success.
