ENGLAND ARE IN THE WORLD CUP FINAL - AGAIN!
Come up to the club on Saturday night to watch the game on the big screen.
The agenda is:
- 18:30 Watch Old Yards games from the past as we play back videos
- 19:30 The big match build up
- 20:00 THE WORLD CUP FINAL 2007 ENGLAND vs. SOUTH AFRICA
- 22:00 Winners Party - Sid?s buying the beer
Beer, food and a great atmosphere. Those of us who watched 2003 in a packed Old Yards club had a great time

Recent Results
The 1st XV won 12-10 against Dixonians in the Senior Vase Cup to go marching into the next round. Well done lads and we now await the draw to see who we get next.
The 2nd/3rd XV also won 27-19 away at Warley. Just as well we put some seconds in the team as Warley had no first team game and their 2nds were a very strong side.

1st XV away to Bournville in the league
2nd XV home to Bournville
3rd XV home to Bournville - this has changed to a home game so two teams at home

Extension
Thank you again to Tony Fitz for another freebie. This time the grass area outside the changing rooms has been dug out and stoned to stop mud coming into the club.
ELECTRICIANS WHERE ARE YOU? - Tony Fitz and Dave Rimmer have done a great job cabling the club out. We now need qualified electricians to finish the job off. This is holding up our completion of the bar. Anyone who can help please step forward. Once this is done the suspended ceiling can go in!
Help Wanted:
The Minis & Juniors need help coaching on a Sunday morning. The coaching of back play is especially needed. Even if you can?t make every week, a few sessions would help. Please contact Shannon - Thanks
I?m putting together a rota for making the meals at the club on a Saturday. Anyone who can do a Saturday from 4pm to 6pm once in a while please let me know - Thanks
48 players have paid their Annual Subs in full already and another 10 have part paid. Support Old Yards and pay your Annual Subs. It is now £50 and is required asap.
