The 1st XV lost 48-10 away to Halesonians on Saturday with their only points coming from a penalty try plus a conversion and penalty from Ben Honey.

The 2nd XV also lost to Halesonians at home, by 36-7. After a close first half, Old Yards? first up tackling failed them and the visitors? backs ran in tries. We did get a try late in the game when Guy Smith leaping like a salmon at a line out won good, off the top ball. David Rollins passed to Jamie Walton who danced over the line. Jamie added the conversion.
