URGENT: The date of the Annual General Meeting which was recently moved forward from the 5th May 2023 to the 14th April 2023 has now been reverted back to the original date as per the fixture card.
TO CONFIRM: The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday the 5th May 2023 @ 7pm at the clubhouse.
If any club member wants to discuss the circumstances which led to the AGM meeting being moved forward and then moved back to its original date then they can call the Hon. Chairman Martin Cullen on 01886 880241.
This updated calling notice will be posted to the main Old Yardleians Facebook forum as well as on the official club web-site (www.oldyardsrugby.co.uk). A paper copy will be posted on the club noticeboard this week.
Any proposals for amendments to the club's constitution, which may be considered by the new committee, should be sent via email to the current secretary – Luke Harris at least a week before the meeting.
