What?s happening at Old Yards?
GAMES
- The 1st XV won in the league again, 27-12 away at Harborne. This moved them up to fifth in the table. Sorry no match report as I?m struggling to find a first teamer who can write to do one. Any volunteers?
- The 2nd XV won again 15 - 7 against Shottery. Goal kicking again let them down but tries from Ben Honey, Mark Banyard and Martin Cartwright saw them home. Top performances from Sniper Lee Cupples in the line out, Mark Banyard all over the park and Alan Arkell whose came on in second half to add his considerable weight.
- The 3rd XV game was called off the night before by Harborne.

Tuesday 4th December
The Annual Financial General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 8pm. Come and hear the fiscal words of Mike ?The Money? Hughes.

1st XV home to Kings Norton in a friendly unless we are playing in the North Mids Shield

Saturday 15th December - Diary Note
1st XV and 2nd XV are away to Bishops Castle. We are putting a coach on and having a club night out. All 30 players are expected to be on it and there will be room for supporters. Are you up for it? THIS IS THE CLUB CHRISTMAS NIGHT OUT!

Bar Extension
The bar looks fantastic. If you have not been up the club then come this Saturday. You must see what a great job a few hard working Old Yardleians have done. We all owe them massive thanks.
