Forty odd intrepid adventurers from the Minis and Juniors section embarked on the long journey 'Oop North' to watch a Premiership encounter between Leeds and Harlequins. A great time was had by all the kids, who managed to get plenty of autographs of current and ex-England players such as John Bentley, Dean Richards, David Strettle and Nick Easter. The U10s, coached by Steve Bishop, played their socks off during the half-time match against a Rotherham side that boasted four academy players. We were winning for most of the match but conceded two tries in quick succession at the end to lose 2-1.
